the location was acceptable it was close to the main terminal for easy access
the air conditioning barely worked the room remained too warm i had to store my medicine elsewhere because the fridge also failed to cool properly the shower temperature fluctuated wildly from scalding hot to ice cold it was very uncomfortable

patrick was a super staff member. he was super helpful! he gave awesome recommendations for attractions. the location was also really easy to get around from. that's always a plus!!!
the bed wasn't that comfy to be honest. there was only one pillow. also, the hot water wasn't working for a couple of days. that was a bummer!!!

Our room was quite spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was a GREAT benefit . The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which i found quite convenient! The front desk staff were generally helpful and pleasant.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear hallway noise, a slight disturbance.

The breakfast included basic continental options. I appreciated that there was plenty of seating available in the breakfast area. The coffee machine provided decent coffee, starting my mornings well.

Front desk staff was accommodating. They allowed us early access to our room before the official check-in time. The staff offered useful information about local transportation options.

Average experience, some issues
poor air conditioningfluctuating shower
The air conditioning barely worked. It was disappointing. The room temperature stayed between 22-24 degrees Celsius. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to ice cold. It made showering very uncomfortable (i wish it would have been better).
